Owner's Representation
Property Assessment Group's professionals have over 30 years of experience in architecture and building construction. We can monitor all aspects of your construction project from programming to post occupancy evaluations and user interviews.
As the Owner's Rep we can be involved in all phases of the project or only for selected services. Property Assessment will review project documentation for compliance with the owners goal.
We represent the owner throughout the project process. Prior to construction, we analyze the design and compare it with budgets and work schedules and investigate code compliance requirements. During construction, we will conduct on-site progress reviews, verify construction invoices and draws and check work progress against project schedules. We assist the owner in developing a project punch list of items to resolve before final acceptance of the work. Once the work is complete we can provide post occupancy evaluations required for LEED certification if needed.
Throughout the process we provide the owner with concise reports that summarize our findings allowing the owner to make fact based decisions in a timely manner.
