Green Assessments
evaluating a building's energy performance and sustainability
Energy Audits
Property Assessment Group's Energy and Sustainability consulting services provides the Commercial Real Estate owner, operations manager and or investors with energy audits geared at saving energy and money. An energy audit is conducted to seek opportunities to reduce the amount of energy input into the system without negatively affecting the output. Reducing energy consumption while maintaining or improving human comfort, health and safety are of primary concern.
Beyond simply identifying the sources of energy use, an energy audit seeks to prioritize the energy uses according to the greatest to least cost effective opportunities for energy savings. Property Assessment Group offer three levels of audits to meet the needs of the client. Click on the link below to read more.
Green Physical Condition Assessments (GPCA)

This report goes beyond energy concerns to include sustainable issues such as waste stream reduction, natural lighting, indoor air quality, noise pollution, water conservation strategies, renewable energy strategies. The report is prepared by our LEED AP Professionals and also outlines potential energy savings, tax incentives, rebates, and credits available once modifications are completed.
Our approach is to examine your property for possible green improvements, quantify the return on investment for green systems compared to in-kind replacements, and provide you with a priotized implementation plan.
